Terry's Recipes
leaving his island birthplace of Kefalonia, Greece by himself at the young age of 13 to make a new home in the United States. terry had a passion for entertaining and food, since working his way from the bottom up in the restaurant industry over the years, Terry has developed many delicious secrets and recipes. Combining knowlege of the "old world" flavors that where passed down to him as a boy from his mother back in Greece, with the flavors and lessons learned over the years of experience in the USA.
